Holli Harmon’s interest in art was obvious at a very early age and fostered by family who enjoyed artistic expression. Her work is primarily in oils, but she also enjoys watercolor and printmaking. Her subject matter captures particular moments in time, beautiful color combinations and illuminating expressions. Her love of the
human figure is evident and she is known for her portraiture work.
Holli has studied with noted artists such as Valori Fussell, David Leffel, Jeremy Lipking, Nancy Reyner, Whitney Brooks Abbott, Merideth Abbott, and Richard Schloss. She also has studied at the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown, MA.
Holli is an award winning member of the Santa Barbara Art Association and the Goleta Valley Art Association. She has served on the board of directors as the Vice President of SCAPE. She has also been an invited artist to many local art shows and was the First Place award winner at the Santa Barbara Natural History Museums Art Walk.
